Today was measurement day for Architectural superstars Steve & Dean of Urban Order Architecture. They marvelled at how much extra square footage the house will have once the voids in the walls are removed (the voids are formed by odd wall placement and the fact most of the walls consist of drywall over studs over plaster over studs).
We also found some more moth balls... the previous owner or tenant had them throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. It will be nice once the air clears out, unless they were there to mask some other, more obnoxious stench... but I don't think so. Looks like they were used as a form of pest control.
